For the first part of the school year students have the book American Journey Volume one. After that we will use a classroom set of Kansas History books. Then sometime second semester students will turn in Volume 1 of the American Journey and get Volume 2 that begins with Reconstruction.
Scope- this course covers United States history from the Revolutionary War through at least 1900 but hopefully further.We also cover Kansas history.
