Introduction to Foreign Language

West Junior High, Lawrence, KS 66049, U.S.A.

This semester giving students (7th or 8th grades) experience in three modern languages is organized around a theme. Each theme lasts 6 weeks and is taught in one of the three language. Students are randomly placed in a group of 20-25 students who rotate through the three languages. The teachers work as a team to coordinate grading and expectations.

  • Colored pencil set
  • Scissors and glue stick (recommended, but not required)

We do not use a textbook in this class; we create one.
