In this class students will be expected to read many types of literature.  Each student is expected to participate by engaging in reading.  This class is based on student participation and cooperation.  We will read some selections together and students will be expected to read some on his/her own time.  I will expect each person to participate in class discussions, class reading, and homework assignments.  We will have a lot of fun discussing books, literary elements, and our opinions and insights on the texts that we read.
