When recording Please Do Not record directly into the microphone.
Absolutely do not talk on the recording. Label as directed.

Do not cut up/splice either page into sections. You can not stop or pause within any section on a page.
Each page needs to be recorded as a whole, NOT spliced or paused - no breaks within a page.

You can make separate recordings from the end of the 1st page going to the second page.

Each entry needs:
1) the application form
2) the internet release form
3) the $5.oo entry fee
